In addition, when using particular Services, you agree that you are subject to any policies or rules which are posted in conjunction with those Services. All such posted policies or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Terms of Service is the general rules for using our service. our Customers should be comply with our rules, such as authorizations, verifications and any kind of fraud attemp. we have the full right to submit your informations to the security agency if we detect a fraud or crimes alert.

Privacy Policy
  • Information Collected
    EXMO collects two types of information: personal information that users knowingly disclose to EXMO, and website-use information automatically generated by users as they interact with the site. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at support@exmo.us. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
  • Personal Information
    When users sign up for EXMO, they are asked to provide profile information, such as name, DOB, address, phone number, email address, preferences, and other similar information. EXMO may also collects certain financial information, including bank account numbers and routing numbers, to allow users to fund their e currency accounts through outside sources. EXMO may also require users to provide additional information to help verify identity or address or manage risk, and authorizations such as date of birth, social security number, driver's license number, or other information. EXMO may also obtain information about users from third parties such as the Social Security Administration or identity verification services.
  • Website-Use Information
    EXMO collects certain information from users' browsers using small data files called "cookies." EXMO uses session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. This type of cookie helps EXMO recognize a user if he or she visits multiple pages on our site during the same session, so that we do not need to require a password to access each page. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make it easier for you to login when you come back to EXMO. We encode our cookies so that only we can interpret the information stored in them. Users can remove or block this cookie using the settings in your browser if you want to disable the feature. We do link the information we store in cookies to user accounts. Some of our business partners use cookies on our site for purposes such as analytics, of which data is only collected in the aggregate. We have no access to or control over these cookies.
  • Log Files
    As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. IP addresses are tied to personally identifiable information to combat fraud and unauthorized access. We use third-party tracking services that use cookies to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our site in the aggregate, like time and length of visit, in order to improve the service.
  • Use of Information Obtained by EXMO
    EXMO's primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide users with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. EXMO uses this information to provide services and support; process transactions and send notifications regarding general operation of the service, such as new messages or reminders, or new services offered by EXMO; resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems; prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our User Agreement; customize, measure, and improve our services and the content and layout of our website; compare information for accuracy and verify it with third parties. We also use your information to send promotional or marketing newsletters. If you choose to unsubscribe from these emails, please click on the unsubscribe link in the email. In order to provide a meaningful service to our users, some personal profile information, including name, email address, phone number and photo, is shared with other users that belong to the same account(s). You should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit in your profile. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these website. To request removal of your personal information from our blog, contact us at support@exmo.us. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why. EXMO will never share a user's financial information with other users.
  • Storage of Personal Information
    EXMO stores and processes sensitive user information on dedicated servers located in secure data centers within the US. Your information is protected by physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable US federal and state regulations. EXMO uses computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, and authorizes access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities. EXMO stores sensitive payment information (such as credit card or bank account numbers) on dedicated servers located in PCI-compliant and PA-DSS certified data centers within the US. Sensitive information is always encrypted and securely transmitted under Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
  • Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties
    EXMO may share personal information with third-party service providers under contract who help with certain parts of our business operations including payment, fraud prevention, validation of user credentials, secure data storage and other similar services. EXMO ensures that these parties are properly licensed and regulated, and only use personal information in connection with the services they perform for EXMO. EXMO may share personal information in the event of a merger or acquisition. Should such an event occur, EXMO will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to personal information. If personal information could be used contrary to this policy, users will receive prior notice as well as the ability to opt out of having your information used in ways different than its original purpose. EXMO may be compelled to share personal information to law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties in the event of a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure, or when EXMO believes in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our User Agreement. EXMO will not sell, rent, share or trade any of your personal information to third parties for promotional purposes or in the normal course of doing business and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.

    If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the home page, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, or by means of a notice on our home page prior to the changes taking effect.
Term Of Service
  • Consent to Electronic Disclosures
    Because EXMO Services are provided electronically, you must consent to EXMO's providing important information electronically if you wish to proceed. Read this notice carefully. You can print a copy for your records. When you register for EXMO, you must provide your first name, last name, and email address, and you must select a password. You must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to others. When you successfully register for EXMO, you become a Customers.
  • Eligibility
    To be eligible for the EXMO Services you must be at least 18 years old. By registering for, accessing, or using the EXMO Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. The EXMO Services are not available to anyone who has been suspended or removed from using the EXMO Services.
  • Making a Credit or Debit Card Payment
    When a Payer uses a credit or debit card to make a payment on EXMO, the Payer's is promptly authorized for the amount of the payment, which decreases the available balance, though the Payer's card is not charged. This authorization ensures that EXMO can charge the card for the full amount of the payment. Once a card has been authorized, it undergoes a Risk Review Process, which typically takes less than one hour. If the payment enters the Extra Review Process, it may take longer, but you, as a Payer, will be contacted and informed of this promptly. Upon successful completion of the Risk Review and/or Extra Review Processes, the card will be charged for the amount of the payment and your ecurrency Account is promptly credited. If not successfully completed, the authorization is promptly cancelled and the available balance on the Payer's card returns to its pre-transaction level.
  • Bank Transfer, and Wire Transfer
    If customers decided to buy ecurrency and pay through bank transfer or wire transfer, customers should be able to provide transfers detail such as bank transfer reference number. Custumers will be given details of EXMO account number and details of notes to make a Bank Transfer or International Wire Transfer promptly by email or notifications after order succesfully placed. Buying ecurrency through Bank Transfer will take a little bit longer approximately 3-7 days. When EXMO receive the funds customers ecurrency account will be credited promptly and customers will be notified by email or SMS service.
  • Selling ecurrency
    Custumer will be asked for Information reference details such as Full Name, Address, phone numbers, bank details or others detail as needed to EXMO to make a payment to customers through the Bank, Western Union or Money Gram. This detail will not be share to other parties except the listed transfer agent as we described above. This process will take about 1-7 days for Bank Transfer and Wire Transfer and 1-24 hours for Western Union and Moneygram. For WesternUnion and MoneyGram transfer customers will be given transfer detail such as MTCN or PIN or Secret Code to collect their money.
  • Exchange ecurrency
    ecurrency exchange will be process promptly after EXMO receive a notifications that EXMO has receive funds from customers ecurrency account. EXMO will notify custumers when funds has been credited to customers ecurrency account as per requested.
  • Refund and Chargeback Policy
    Customers may cancel his/her order before their order completed. Please check the order status before make a cancellations, the refund will sent in maximum 24 hours from cancellations. Our staff will have a high decisions to cancel any orders, if the requirements data do not meet our criteria such as diferent in filled data to bank or e-currency accounts informations. When a chargeback is received EXMO will first attempt to contact the Payer to discuss the payment. The recipient Account will be placed on hold. If the charge is recognized or the issue is otherwise resolved, EXMO will provide the Payer with a Chargeback Reversal Form from his/her issuing bank. If the Chargeback Reversal Form is not received within 30 days of the filing of the chargeback, EXMO will debit the money from the recipient Account.
  • Disputes
    If customers have a problems with his/her order such as money or ecurrency not received in the mean time. Please be sure that customers have to check the data, is it filled corectly ?. If the customers feel the money that received was not equals from calculated rate, please notes that some Bank placed an additional charges, that we can not calculate it in real time. Costumer have to contact the Bank directly that they chose to send or receive his/her money/e-currency.
  • Prepaid Card
    When a Custumers request for prepaid card they will be prompt to creates an Account, EXMO establishes a corresponding PrePaid Account in that User's name at EXMO's Partner Bank. This Prepaid Account is governed by the Cardholder Agreement. Funds are held in these PrePaid Accounts, and accessed through the EXMO website. The Account Balance displayed on the EXMO website reflects the balance of the corresponding Prepaid Account. The terms of the EXMO Prepaid Mstercard® govern the use of your PrePaid Account, and this Agreement applies to your use of the EXMO Services in connection with it.
  • Fees
    The most lower fees from other merchants. For buying with Credit or Debit card you will only charged for fees such as shopping at the supermarket in general. And for selling purpose we will not charging you for a fee if you chose Prepaid Card to collect your money. To view completely fees and rates please also check our fees and rates page.
